Everybody’s experienced this – the first kiss. And I am ready to bet, all of you still remember it. Unfortunately, very often your first kiss can become a real nightmare and a deed to forget. Well, most of it happens naturally, but I would like to share with you 5 tips how to kiss and what to do on your first kiss:

  • fresh breath

The most important option is fresh breath. Be very careful and attentive and make sure that your breath fresh. It is the most important issue – even always use gum or a mint to freshen yourself up. Don’t chew while kissing and don’t eat something like garlic or onion before it.

First kiss

  • soft lips

Make sure your lips are not cracked and very soft. If something is wrong use lipbalm regularly, and never lick your lips to make them moist.

  • breathe

Well, you have fresh breathe but make sure that your breathe through your nose and concentrate on kiss itself.

  • position

If it is your first kiss  – avoid such usual mistake nose and head clashing. Stand close to your partner, and notice the way he or she is tilting a head. Tilt yours the opposite.

  • enjoy

Enjoy yourself and the process as well!
